To ensure services are available to all clients in a timely manner, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee will apply. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. No-Call, No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. These fees do not go toward a rescheduled appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Deposit Requirement for Frequent Late Cancellations: If a client cancels or reschedules their appointment within 24 hours multiple times within a certain period (e.g., 2 or more times), a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service will be required at the time of booking for any future appointments. This deposit will be credited towards the service fee but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours. This policy helps minimize disruptions to the schedule while ensuring that clients who need to adjust their appointments can do so in a fair and consistent manner.
