To ensure that I can offer my services to all clients in a timely manner, I require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Deposit Requirement for Frequent Late Cancellations: If a client cancels or reschedules their appointment within 24 hours multiple times within a certain period (e.g., 3 or more times), a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking for any future appointments. This deposit will be credited towards the service fee but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours. This policy helps minimize disruptions to my schedule while ensuring that clients who need to adjust their appointments do so in a fair and consistent manner.
